A road tested, foundational course specifically tailored to the workplace, based on Australia’s number one public mindfulness course.
This trauma-informed course consists of four one-hour sessions. These sessions could be delivered once a week or once every two weeks. The course teaches participants a variety of evidence-based mindfulness exercises. It is based on the Mindfulness Works “Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation” course, which has been attended by over 20,000 people. The course focuses on using mindfulness practically to increase resilience, improve emotional and mental wellbeing and facilitate self-regulation.
