MINDFULNESS AND WELLBEING SESSIONS
Mindfulness wellbeing sessions designed to support your team with the challenges of modern work and personal life.
These interactive and experiential sessions consist of a guided mindfulness exercise, brief reflections on a theme of mindfulness and wellbeing, and time for questions and discussion. Their purpose is to offer ongoing support in developing and maintaining mindfulness skills to assist in participant’s working lives.
Sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or once a month at your choosing. Sessions can be 45 minutes to 90 minutes long. Select from the options below or get us to create a bespoke session for you on a topic of your choosing.
